New Students
New to Yoga?
New Students should come at least 10min early. Whether you are new to yoga or you just want to further your practice and review the basics, our awesome instructors will break down our Level 1 class, slowly demonstrating proper alignment, modifications and descriptions for each posture (asana.) You should feel free to move at your own desired pace. A true Yogi knows how to modify and rest when they need to with a smile on their face.
